Terms and Conditions for 101 Design Studio

Revision Policy

At 101 Design Studio, the number of revisions is based on the selected package. Clients may request revisions as per the details outlined in their package. Our commitment is to provide exceptional service, and we will continue revising until your requirements are met. You will not incur additional charges for revisions.Website design revisions will be completed within 4 days after the request, and web development revisions will be delivered within 7 days, depending on the complexity of the revision.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time signifies the duration within which design concepts are delivered following the purchase of a design package. For new website designs (excluding e-commerce websites), the minimum turnaround time is 10 to 15 days after order confirmation and the complete submission of the design brief. Conversely, for e-commerce websites with multiple products, the turnaround time will be provided once the order is finalized, and all necessary information is received. For orders placed on Friday or Saturday, the delivery time commences on the subsequent Monday.

Refund Policy

The refund policy of 101 Design Studio will not be applicable if:

  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • Cancellation is unrelated to the company.
  • No contact has been made for more than 2 weeks from the project start.
  • Violation of company policies.
  • An external company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks necessary information.
  • Complete design change has been requested.
  • The refund request is outside the specified time frame (which is within 7 days after the payment has been made).
  • Business closure or name change has occurred.
  • Refund claims based on reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or non-service-related issues will not be entertained.
  • In the case of service bundles, refunds are only applicable to specific services, not the entire bundle.
  • No refund can be claimed once final files have been delivered.
  • Refund and revision policies do not apply to items offered for free.
  • Services such as Social Media management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable once provided.
  • For websites, refunds will not be considered after client-approved designs are sent for development.

Note: 101 Design Studio reserves the right to reject a project or terminate a contract as deemed necessary. After a refund, clients relinquish rights to use the designs; they become the sole property of 101 Design Studio.

Upon receipt of the refund, clients forfeit rights to any designs submitted by 101 Design Studio, which will be registered with the appropriate Copyright Agencies for legal compliance.
